CCS Construction Staffing is now hiring experienced HVAC Technicians in the Austin, TX metroplex for a full-time, direct hire opportunity with a reputable mechanical contractor. Job Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot, service, and install commercial and light industrial HVAC systems

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in HVAC systems

• Perform preventive maintenance and document service calls thoroughly

• Work in a team environment on active job sites

• Maintain a professional attitude and a strong commitment to jobsite safety

Requirements:

• EPA Certification required

• OSHA 10 or 30 preferred

• 4–5+ years of proven HVAC service and installation experience

• Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints

• Must have your own hand tools, PPE, and reliable transportation

• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team

• Able to commit to 40+ hours/week, drug-free, and punctual
