Working Electrician Foreman – North Charleston, SC (Near Old Navy Base)

CCS Construction Staffing is now hiring a Working Electrician Foreman for a commercial project in North Charleston, SC, near the Old Navy Base. We’re looking for a skilled leader who can manage a crew while actively working alongside them on site. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with a respected contractor.

Job Description:

• Oversee day-to-day operations on a commercial job site

• Lead and coordinate a crew while installing, running, and troubleshooting systems

• Interpret blueprints, delegate tasks, and ensure all work is completed to code and on schedule

• Maintain communication with the GC and other trades

• Ensure jobsite safety, organization, and productivity

• This is a working foreman role – must be able to lead and work hands-on

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of commercial electrical experience

• Previous experience as a foreman or lead preferred

• Ability to supervise, delegate, and mentor crew members

• Must have hand tools, PPE, and reliable transportation

• Strong understanding of NEC and local codes

• Must commit to a 40+ hour workweek, stay drug free, and operate professionally
