What You’ll Be Doing:

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems for commercial properties in the Dallas Metro area.
• Work independently and in teams to perform plumbing repairs and maintenance, ensuring systems are working at peak performance.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members about plumbing issues, repairs, and potential solutions.
• Maintain accurate work logs and submit required paperwork in a timely manner.
• Be available to respond to service calls and be on call for emergency plumbing service as needed.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Journeyman Plumbing License in Texas is required.
• 3+ years of commercial plumbing experience with a proven track record of quality work.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of standard plumbing tools, materials, and systems.
• Ability to work in diverse environments and all weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must pass a drug and background check and have reliable transportation and tools.

Required Qualifications:

• Commercial Service and Installation Experience: Experience in installing and servicing plumbing systems in a commercial environment is required.
• Completed Apprenticeship Program in plumbing in the last 4-5 years.
• Strong Verbal and Interpersonal Communication Skills: Ability to work effectively with customers, coworkers, and supervisors.
• Detail-Oriented and Organized: Proficient in reading blueprints and handling plumbing fixtures.
• Knowledge of Local Plumbing Codes: Familiar with local plumbing codes and regulations.
• Ability to Work in All Types of Weather: You’ll need to be adaptable and ready to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Knowledge of Standard Plumbing Tools: Including methods, materials, and safety precautions.
• On-Call Availability: Must be available for on-call service issues after hours as needed.
